Manager of Family Philanthropy
Reporting to the Director of Development, the Manager of Family Philanthropy position supports the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of individual/family gifts. The primary focus of this position is to manage the Family Advisory Council and broaden the Cradles to Crayons family philanthropy platform. This includes relationship management with current donors and families, as well as acquiring new families and donors to support C2C’s mission. The position supports an organization-wide engagement strategy including coordination of major special events to form cross-team collaboration to support the overall mission. It will involve scheduling and working in the warehouse directly with families in C2C target towns.
The successful Manager of Family Philanthropy will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, is comfortable being a spokesperson for the organization and collaborates effectively when working with both internal and external constituencies.
The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing administrative and office management support for the Executive Director (ED) and Development Team to achieve organizational goals for Cradles to Crayons - Philadelphia. This role requires this position to take charge of key office functions: 1) Serve as SalesForce Administrator for the Philadelphia office and 2) Manage all administrative systems and processes for the market. This position will report to the Executive Director.
