Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia is currently hiring for:
The Grants and Database Administrator supports the overall fundraising efforts of the Development team at Cradles to Crayons. The primary focus of this position is to assure that Cradles to Crayons meets its annual budgetary goal for foundation funding (15% of total revenue). The Administrator maintain the grants calendar, write all grants and reports and identify new foundation prospects. The individual will work closely with the Director of Development and Director of Individual and Family Philanthropy and provide direction and support throughout all phases of the grant cycle for each potential funder. The Administrator will also serve as CRM Administrator for the Philadelphia market in conjunction with the Executive Assistant. This position will report to the Director of Development.
