Executive Assistant & Special Projects Manager

The Executive Assistant & Special Projects Manager is responsible for providing technical, project management and administrative support for the Executive Director (ED) and Development Team to achieve organizational and development goals and act as a leader for the CRM function in Cradles to Crayons - Philadelphia. The role requires this position to manage several key functions for the ED and Development Team: 1) Project manage special initiatives taken by the Executive Director and Development Department, 2) Serve as CRM Administrator for the Philadelphia market in conjunction with the database administrator, 3) Manage all administrative systems and processes for the ED and the Development Team. This position will report to the Executive Director.
 

Grants and Database Administrator

The Grants and Database Administrator supports the overall fundraising efforts of the Development team at Cradles to Crayons. The primary focus of this position is to assure that Cradles to Crayons meets its annual budgetary goal for foundation funding (15% of total revenue). The Administrator maintain the grants calendar, write all grants and reports and identify new foundation prospects. The individual will work closely with the Director of Development and Director of Individual and Family Philanthropy and provide direction and support throughout all phases of the grant cycle for each potential funder. The Administrator will also serve as CRM Administrator for the Philadelphia market in conjunction with the Executive Assistant. This position will report to the Director of Development.
