There are various application and sign-up sections on our Site containing input forms which may request certain personally identifiable information, including your first and last name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, credit/debit card number and expiration date (or other payment method information), donation information, including the amount, date and frequency of gifts, and other information about a specific individual that identifies the individual. By submitting such forms, you give us permission to contact you with messages that are related to your interest in Cradles to Crayons.

Uses Made of the Information
Cradles to Crayons may use your personally identifiable information to contact you with messages that are related to your interest in Cradles to Crayons, reply to inquiries, handle complaints and to notify you of changes to any event for which you have registered. Additionally, personally identifiable information submitted to us through the Site or otherwise may be stored on our CRM or other third-party software tools. Information Tracked by Cradles to Crayons

Your California Privacy Rights (California Residents)
On September 27, 2013, California enacted A.B. 370, amending the California Online Privacy Protection Act to require website operators like us to disclose how we respond to “Do Not Track Signals”; and whether third parties collect personally identifiable information about users when they visit us.
(1) We do not track our customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore we do not monitor, recognize, or honor any opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
(2) We do not authorize the collection of personally identifiable information from our users for third party use through advertising technologies without separate user consent .
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 also permits our customers who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that we are only required to respond to one request per customer each year.
