Biden Speaks at Girard College in Honor of MLK Day, Cradles to Crayons named one of few organization featured during Volunteer Day

Vice President Joe Biden spoke at Girard College on Monday in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. Day. Thousands of people were at the college volunteering for the day.
