Local Chapter of the International MOMS Club and Twin Spring Farm to Host Halloween Celebration Sunday, October 28, at Blue Bell Country Club

Winter coats, backpacks, toys and more will be collected for area’s disadvantaged children served by Cradles to Crayons

Blue Bell Country Club will be transformed into a public funfest site Sunday, October 28, when the International MOMS Club of the Greater Ambler Area and Twin Spring Farm School and Day Camp host a Halloween Celebration.

The special event, which will be held at the Gazebo Area of the Club’s Tot Lot from 10:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m., will deliver fun, food, prizes, and a range of activities for area families…while raising money for the Mother-to-Mother Fund and collecting new and nearly new winter coats, backpacks, toys and more for the area’s disadvantaged children served by Cradles to Crayons.

“This is the first time this event has been held, “said Adriana Motto, president of the International MOMS Club of the Greater Ambler Area and head of hospitality at the event. “In addition to creating a fun event for children and providing an opportunity to engage our community,” Motto said, “we expect that it will heighten everyone’s awareness of and need for support of these two important organizations.”

“We are planning a very busy day for all – from moon bounces, crafts and face painting to a Halloween fashion show for children and a pet fashion show, ”said Heidi Overpeck, event director for the MOMS Club. “And of course,” she said, “kid-friendly raffles.”
