Wyneshia Foxworth-Johnson | Executive Director, Philadelphia (She/Her)

Wyneshia Foxworth-Johnson is a nonprofit and education leader, community builder, and passionate advocate for children and families with more than 25 years of experience turning bold ideas into meaningful impact. Throughout her career, she has led mission-driven organizations, secured millions of dollars in funding, built strategic partnerships, and inspired teams to tackle some of the most pressing challenges facing young people and communities.

As Executive Director of Cradles to Crayons Philadelphia, Wyneshia leads efforts to provide children living in poverty with the essential items they need to thrive at home, at school, and at play. She oversees fundraising, strategic planning, community engagement, and organizational operations while championing the belief that every child deserves the resources and opportunities to reach their full potential.

A proud Philadelphian at heart, Wyneshia enjoys mentoring emerging leaders, building connections across the community, and cheering on the hometown Philadelphia Eagles. She believes that strong communities, much like great teams, succeed when everyone works together toward a common goal.
