Philadelphia area television station PHL17 featured Pennsylvania Leadership Charter Schools (PALCS) students volunteering at the Cradles to Crayons Giving Factory on their weekly program Weekend Philler. PALCS students helped Cradles to Crayons staff organize and sort clothing and build KidPacks for local children in need. During the program, which aired on Saturday, February 29, students spoke about their volunteering experience and the importance of helping those in need.
