Boston Bruins Captain Zdeno Chara visited Cunningham Elementary School for Cradles to Crayons

The students at Cunningham Elementary received a special reward for collecting the most pajamas in the state for the Boston Bruins PJ Drive for Cradles to Crayons.

Boston Bruins Captain Zdeno Chara visited the school on Monday, February 27, as their reward for collecting 1,280 pairs of pajamas for less fortunate children in Massachusetts.

Students sang and chanted for the Bruins Captain. The greatest applause of the day was when Cunningham Principal Dr. Karen Spaulding announced the students would receive a hockey puck autographed by Chara.
