In her most recent role as Development Officer, Amoro managed all fundraising, promotions, planning, and logistics for organization events and activation.

Marguerite Dowd is a seasoned executive with a decade of leadership and management experience. With several years of experience as a volunteer with Cradles to Crayons, she is well-versed in the operations of the organization and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to her role. Most recently, she served as the Director of Community Engagement and Administration at Temple Beth Shalom where she led the daily operations and programming for Member Relations, Development, Adult Learning, Communications, and Community Engagement departments. Prior to working with Temple Beth Shalom, Dowd held several positions in the academic field.
